Rick is Partner and Chief Investment Officer of R.J. Kelly Co., Inc. Over his 35 year career, Rick has been involved in all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing and transaction structuring. 

Along with his wife Carla, Rick was inspired to join Find The Cause by the loss of their close friend and member of the R.J. Kelly family, Tricia Kelly, as well as several other family members and friends that have been affected by cancer. Recently they served as co-chairs, contributing to the great success of our annual Find The Cause Virtual Celebration and Auction. Both feel passionately that supporting the Find The Cause Research Consortium’s work on investigating the environmental causes of breast cancer will get us to our goal of prevention. 

We are thrilled to be working with Rick as a board member and know that his leadership and experience will help move us forward in our mission to raise funding for cancer prevention research.
